They had a good selection of groceries and interesting products. I enjoyed this passion fruit ginger beer that I got from here. The cashier we had was friendly.

It has been observed that the front desk staff sometimes inflate the total amount, and their attitude is often seen as arrogance. The management may want to evaluate the front desk staff's performance and consider replacements to ensure all customers receive excellent service.

Called to check if they have the item I wanted and the price but they refuse to tell me and that’s not a good customer service because I can’t drive an hour and half just to get to the shop and I can’t get what I wanted or the price is way out of my budget. There should be a better option out of this and a good way to let customers know the prices of items when they call in.

Seems everything not frozen in the store is sold stale and taste very bad. First time I bought bread and Chinchin tasted like it has been sitting out there for 10years, yesterday I bought kuli kuli, first red flag 🚩 is that It was left by the soap shelf and I thought it may taste soapy. However, I noticed it was double wrapped, but it tasted veeeeery expired even though the expiration date says 2025. It is beyond stale my people! I wanted driving back to get a refund cos seems like I keep wasting money but I drove an hr to come there…
